Hi, I’m Darian Stephens.
Darian is a board-certified psychiatric–mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to caring for individuals and families across Texas. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2025 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2018. Darian has experience in emergency medicine, inpatient psychiatry, crisis services, substance detoxification, and sexual assault care—backgrounds that shape her compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
Darian enjoys working with children (ages 5 and up) and adults, meeting each person where they are and walking alongside them through their mental health journey. She offers thoughtful medication management and supportive therapy, taking time to truly listen and tailor treatment to each patient’s goals. She treats a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood and behavioral disorders, trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, always with warmth, respect, and clinical expertise.
Outside of work, Darian and her husband, Todd—who is a flight nurse—love spending time on their ranch with their loved ones, including their dog, Macy, and their cats, Ramona and Fat Louie. Darian welcomes new patients and is committed to being a steady, compassionate partner as you work toward healing and growth.
