Frequently asked questions

Do you see young children?

Yes. Michelle and Jordan see patients of all ages, with no lower age limit.

Do I need a referral?

Not necessarily. If you pay cash or have a PPO plan that lets you see specialists directly, you can book with us without a referral. HMO and some POS plans usually require a referral from your primary care provider first. If you are not sure, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask whether you need a referral to see a psychiatric provider.

Can I be seen in person?

All of our visits happen by secure video, and that is by design. There is no need to take time off work, arrange childcare or drive to an office. You can meet with us from home or any private space, which makes it easier to fit care around school, work and family schedules.

How soon can I be seen?

We aim to see new patients within two weeks whenever possible. When you call or are referred to us, we will always offer our soonest available appointment and work with your schedule.

Ready to get started?

Reach out by phone, text or online and we will help you schedule your first telehealth visit.
