Darian brings experience in emergency medicine, inpatient psychiatry and crisis care to every visit. She treats anxiety, depression, mood and behavioral disorders, trauma, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia with trauma-informed care that meets each person where they are, combining medication management and supportive therapy built around each patient's goals.

How telehealth works
Reach out. Call, text or request an appointment online. We check your insurance and schedule your first visit.
Meet by video. Join from home, work or school on a phone or computer in a private space. First visits last about 60 minutes and follow-ups about 30.
Pick up locally. Prescriptions go to your local pharmacy.

For referring clinicians in Central Texas
We accept referrals for ages 5 and up for Darian, and for younger children with Michelle or Jordan. We contact the patient within 2 to 5 business days and send a note back to you once they are seen.

Frequently asked questions
Do you see young children?
Darian sees children 5 and up. For children under 5, Michelle Hext and Jordan Green see patients of all ages by telehealth, so your family can still be seen from home.
Do I need a referral?
Not necessarily. If you pay cash or have a PPO plan that lets you see specialists directly, you can book with us without a referral. HMO and some POS plans usually require a referral from your primary care provider first. If you are not sure, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask whether you need a referral to see a psychiatric provider.
Can I be seen in person?
All of our visits happen by secure video, and that is by design. There is no need to take time off work, arrange childcare or drive to an office. You can meet with us from home or any private space, which makes it easier to fit care around school, work and family schedules.
How soon can I be seen?
When you call or are referred to us, we will always offer our soonest available appointment and work with your schedule.
