How telehealth works
Reach out. Call, text or request an appointment online. We check your insurance and schedule your first visit.
Meet by video. Join from home, work or any private space on a phone or computer. First visits last about 60 minutes and follow-ups about 30.
Pick up locally. Prescriptions go to your local pharmacy.

We accept referrals for patients 13 years and up for Hillary, and for younger children with our other providers. We contact the patient within 2 to 5 business day and send a note back to you once they are seen.
We work with primary care, endocrinology and pediatric practices, counselors, schools and hospitals across the Permian Basin.

Do you see children?
Hillary sees teens 13 and up. Younger children can see Michelle Hext or Jordan Green, who see all ages, or Darian Stephens, who sees children 5 and up, all by telehealth from home.
Can you help with diabetes and mental health together?
Hillary is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, so she understands how conditions like diabetes can affect mood, energy and stress. She takes your physical health into account when building your mental health treatment plan.
Do I need a referral?
Not necessarily. If you pay cash or have a PPO plan that lets you see specialists directly, you can book with us without a referral. HMO and some POS plans usually require a referral from your primary care provider first. If you are not sure, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask whether you need a referral to see a psychiatric provider.
Can I be seen in person?
All of our visits happen by secure video, and that is by design. There is no need to take time off work, arrange childcare or drive to an office. You can meet with us from home or any private space, which makes it easier to fit care around school, work and family schedules.
How soon can I be seen?
When you call or are referred to us, we will always offer our soonest available appointment and work with your schedule.
